What exactly will I receive?
You will receive the edition, cover design and quantity selected on the product page. Please review the product photographs, variant selection and product description carefully before completing your order.
Are the books written in English?
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, our editions are printed in English. Language, page count, dimensions, format and other edition details are listed individually on each product page.
How are the books packaged?
Every order is inspected before dispatch and packed with protective materials designed to help prevent damage to the cover, spine, corners and decorative page edges during transportation.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The estimated total time for order processing and delivery is 10–15 business days after your payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Delivery may occasionally take longer because of carrier delays, severe weather, customs inspections or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Will I receive tracking information?
When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address used during checkout. Tracking information may take several business days to begin showing movement after the shipping label has been created.
What should I do if my book arrives damaged?
Please email support@booklune.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the damaged item, outer packaging and shipping label. After reviewing the issue, our support team will assist with a replacement, partial refund or full refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please email support@booklune.com as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after the order has entered processing or fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Can I return or exchange my order?
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. The item must be unused, unread, unmarked and returned with its original packaging and protective materials. Please email support@booklune.com before sending an item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
